We started with our very first commercial project in 1993 on the Lucknow Faizabad road by the name “Neha complex”. In 1996 we did Landmark apartments, New Hyderabad. Considering the quality and timely delivery we were awarded lot of government and MES projects in 1996 and we still enjoys the trust of MES department for which we continue to do regular projects.
The Managing Director, Mr. Naeem Siddiqui is a well known socialite from Lucknow, with varied business interests in constructions, film production and garment industry. Mr. Siddiqui is looked up as a man of commitments. He is a workaholic and gets himself involved into all the projects to make sure that QUALITY is not being compromised at any levels of the project. He believes in completing his projects much before the committed time frame, and is aggressively working on forthcoming housing projects. His vision is that the housing units be affordable, yet the investors and owners should be proud to possess them.
